First Class Decorating is owned and run by me – Mark Cross. I’ve been providing painter and decorator contracting services for over 25 years. I’m based in Knebworth near Stevenage but undertake painting and decorating contracts throughout London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
